The Vittorio capsule collection reflects Gio’s passion for the world of cabinetmaking. The pieces bring to light an ancient way of woodworking, using solid wood blocks and laminates, and working only with skilled artisan craftsmen. The ash wood blocks are handcrafted with dovetail joints, and each piece has millings that emphasize the object’s aesthetics.

The result is austere and rigorous furniture, softened by the wood’s smoothness, which is flame-treated to bring out the grain in a materiality that can only be achieved with solid wood.
